We’ve hired a great marketing coordinator to help you design your flyers, farming material, CMA’s and everything else you can think of. Why not utilize your time doing things that will generate more business and let the support staff do your busy work.
Thinking about hiring an assistant? Have you tried a transaction coordinator? She will track your files from beginning to end for a nominal fee. This will also free up your time to do other things whether it’s; spending time with your spouse, children, pets or volunteer work.
$100 Home Office Fee
$400 - $600 Office Fee (Semi-Private or Private)
$350 Transaction Fees (including E&O)
(Maximum 24 Transactions/Year)
$50 E&O (After 24 Transactions)
$350 Recruiting Bonus will be credited to the Independent Contractor’s account as an offset against a transaction fee or their office fees. The credit will be issued after the new agent has been with REAL ESTATE By Design for 90 days.
